This recipe has potential but needs some changes to plus it up and give it substance. It needs more herbs, definitely use a bold flavored red zin, perhaps and a starch to give it substance. It's a nice start but comes up a little short. Definitely adapt and add your own ingredients to fill in the gaps, but it's worth making again because it's a solid beginning for something really good.

This is one of the best recipes i have found!! Thank you so much!! I made the recipe but I toned down the basil and added some thyme instead. I also added a large splash of red wine vinegar. I think next time I make it I would add red pepper flakes to the marinade because for me it needed a bit of zip. Also i have a soy allergy so I subbed coconut aminos. This was delicious.
