Head to the huge door on the upper left. Eliminate the Red Propagator on this location to stop all red propagators from spawning. Head to the Entrance of Ragnarok and eliminate the Violet Propagator there, then head back to the hangar and eliminate the Propagator there as well. There will be a Propagator on standby in the elevator, defeat both it and the Propagator on the savepoint in the area near the hangar.
Head to the passenger seat and eliminate the Yellow propagator there, then head back all the way to the Air room and eliminate the last Propagator.
Once all the Propagators are down, use the elevator that the green Propagator is guarding. Go through the cargo doors and hang a quick left to avoid the red Propagator inside.
The second purple Propagator is in the next hallway. Go back and kill the red Propagator you passed next. From there, return to the hangar and go back upstairs, where another red Propagator has taken up residence. Next up are the yellow Propagators. One is just outside the air room where you started. Head back to where you found the second purple Propagator and continue left. Enter the doorway beyond the green Propagator and you will be attacked by the second yellow Propagator.
