Why is csrss using so much memory

Supergamerbro28 Win User. I am wondering why Windows doesnt said anything to this Problem after seeing this thread being 20 Pages Long. First i thought the cause is Google Chrome because it made high gpu and Volt usage too but after an uninstall the Problem was still there.

Should I re-upload it, or do another scan to create a new one? In CCSupport folder you can fine eset report. Could you let me know where the CCSupport folder is located.
